Ms. Azevedo
is Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Western Union International
Bank, and Associate General Counsel and Senior Vice President-
International of First Data Corporation. In this position,
she serves as the publicly traded company's chief financial
services regulatory officer for international (non-U.S., non
North America) matters and the company’s main lobbyist
before European Union institutions.
Ms. Azevedo’s duties
also include oversight of corporate governance matters for
non-U.S. Western Union entities and regulatory strategy for
the acquisition and organization of regulated international
entities. Ms. Azevedo holds degrees from Connecticut College,
The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and the University
of North Carolina Law School. She resides in Saddle River,
New Jersey.
